The exhibition organisers are provided with all the tools needed to manage the system throughout the application and selection process.
The User Manager enables you to provide selectors and administrators access to the system.
The General Manager lets you personalise the
messages and content seen by the artists as they flow through
the process.
The Exhibition Manager controls the status, key dates and information relating to your exhibition and enables you to monitor and view each application as they are made online.
The Artist Manager lets you view and edit specific artist details and is used if artists choose to pay by phone, another feature is the 'Login as the artist' option which provides a perfect way to assist artists if they are having difficulties with with their application.
The Artwork Manager lets you manually enter works if you are accepting applications by post, you can also view and edit each artwork providing a means of pre-selection by the event orgainsers if required.
All data can be
exported as Excel Documents providing the ideal way to coordinate your own internal gallery administrative procedures. |
